Adelante Heath Care in Mesa Arizona has been awarded the LEED Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council for the Core and Shell of the building . Capital CM assisted the Owner in this process by working along side Adelante Health Care Staff, One World Development, LGE Construction and Green Ideas. LEED Platinum certification is expected for the the interior build out.
