Capital GC Inc just completed\u00a0 a 20,000 SF major renovation in the Scottsdale Air Park located in Scottsdale Arizona.\u00a0 The project required extensive structural modification to transform and repurpose an older two story vacant building into a modernized car dealership\u00a0 use. The improvements included a complete tear off of the front of the building while shoring the entire front roof load. Complete structural and Architectural reconstruction was required to recreate the front of the building. New finishes included champagne aluminum storefront with 1″ Solar Ban 90 low E glass, matching metal wall panels, steel canopies with redwood ceilings with TPO roofs, Honed\u00a0 Brick Veneer and integrally colored block site fences,\u00a0 new LED site lighting, new auto bay garage doors, Complete site rework including custom low curbs with drive in access, new asphalt paving , parking shade structures and landscape. Upgraded Electrical Service entrance Section<\/p>\n
